Eggs stuffed with mushrooms
The filling is tender and aromatic.
You can use any mushrooms, fresh or frozen (I used frozen mushrooms). Frozen mushrooms must be thawed, drained all the liquid.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-10 servings.
- 7-10 eggs (boiled)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- greens to taste
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion.
Grate carrots on a fine grater.
Finely chop the greens.
Cut the eggs in two.
Take out the yolks.
Grate the yolks on a fine grater.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Fry for 20-25 minutes.
Put mushrooms, onions and carrots in a blender.
Add some mayonnaise.
Stuff the halves of the eggs with the resulting mass.
