Eggs stuffed with herring and beets

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 70 g salted herring fillet (boneless)
  • 70 g boiled beets
  • mayonnaise
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Cut the eggs into 2 pieces.

Take out the yolks.

Grate beets on a fine grater.

Finely chop the herring.

Finely chop the greens.

Add yolks to the beets.

Mix.

Add herring and herbs.

Mix.
Pepper a little, salt if necessary.

Add mayonnaise.
Mix.

Stuff the eggs with the resulting mass.
Decorate with greens.
