Chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce

Tender, juicy meatballs with aromatic sauce.
I recommend using Maasdam cheese, it gives a pleasant aroma and interesting taste.
You can serve pasta, potatoes or buckwheat as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet)
  • 150 g onions
  • bun
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper


  • 500 ml cream 10-20%
  • 300 g cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • greens


Soak a bun in milk.

Finely chop the onion.

Pass the fillet through a meat grinder (or grind in a blender).

Mix the minced meat, onion, bun (pre-squeezed).

Salt, pepper.


Form meatballs from the resulting minced meat (slightly larger than a walnut).

Grease the mold a little with oil.
Lay out meatballs.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop the greens.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Mix cheese, garlic, herbs.


Add cream.

Remove the form with meatballs from the oven.
