Minced meat “nests”

Delicious nests. Delicate, juicy, fragrant. I advise you to cook the minced meat yourself (I used pork + beef).
Instead of eggs, you can use any filling – fried mushrooms, cheese, vegetables.
You can prepare potatoes, rice or vegetable salad for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 100 g loaf (or bread)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 5 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Soak a loaf in milk.

Mix the minced meat and loaf (squeeze the loaf a little).

Add onions, carrots, 1 egg.

Salt, pepper.

Mix well.

Divide the minced meat into 4 parts.
Form a “nest” from each part.
Place the nests on a greased baking sheet.

Break 1 egg into each “nest”, add a little salt.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
