Cabbage stewed with beans and hunting sausages

Simple, tasty, satisfying.
Canned beans can be used (add at the end of cooking).
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 700 g fresh cabbage
  • 200 g beans
  • 300 g hunting sausages
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Soak beans in water.
Leave for 4 hours.

Boil until tender (cooking time is indicated on the package).

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the cabbage into strips.

Cut sausages.

Finely chop the greens.

In a saucepan, in vegetable oil, fry the onions.

Add carrots.

Add sausages.

Add tomatoes.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add cabbage.
Salt a little, pepper.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Add beans.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Add greens.

Remove from fire.
