Potatoes with curd cream

Very tender potatoes.
You can use ricotta instead of cottage cheese.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 200 g cottage cheese (1-10%)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (10-20%)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper


Peel potatoes.
Boil in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes after boiling).

Finely chop the greens.

Mix cottage cheese and sour cream (in a blender or grind well with a fork).

Add greens to cottage cheese.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Salt a little, pepper.

Cut hot or warm potatoes in half lengthways.

Put the curd mass on the potatoes.
Garnish with herbs when serving.
