- 700 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml cream 10-20%
- 100 g cheese
Boil until tender.
Finely chop the greens.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water.
Put potatoes in small tins (you can also use one large mold).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
