Pork with garlic baked in foil

A very easy way to cook pork.
The meat is tender, juicy and aromatic.
You can prepare mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-8 servings.

  • 700 g pork (fillet)
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • mustard (sauce or beans)
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the garlic cloves into 2-4 pieces.

Make cuts in pork, insert garlic into them.

Rub the pork with salt and pepper.

Brush with mustard.

Put pork in foil.
Wrap up.

Place in a baking dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
