Tarts with liver and mushrooms

Crispy dough, fragrant, juicy filling.
Very tasty! Tarts are prepared quickly and easily.
They can be served hot or cold..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 tarts are obtained.

  • 500 g puff pastry (fresh or yeast)
  • 300 g chicken liver
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 100 g cheese
  • 100 ml cream 10-20%
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add liver.
Fry for 5-10 minutes.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add cream.
Remove from fire.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Cut out 10 × 10 cm squares from the dough.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease.
Put out the dough.

Departing from the edge 1 cm, make cuts around the perimeter without cutting through the dough.

Lay out the filling.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
