Pear salad with goat cheese and arugula

Delicious light healthy salad.
I’m not a big fan of goat cheese, but combined with arugula, pear and dressing, I liked this cheese.
Any cheese can be used instead of goat.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-7 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 300 g pears
  • arugula (or any salad to taste)

refueling:

  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • ½ orange
  • 1 tbsp mustard (paste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt

Preparation

Cut cheese into thin slices.

Thinly chop the pear.

Squeeze juice from an orange (we need 100 ml).

Mix vegetable oil and orange juice.

Add honey.
Mix.

Add mustard.
Salt a little.

Mix.

Put arugula on plates.

Put cheese and pear on arugula.

Drizzle with dressing.

Enjoy your meal!
