Salad with cabbage, grapes and apple

Very easy to prepare healthy salad.
I advise you to use sour or sweet and sour grapes.
Apple too, preferably sour.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 4-5 servings.

  • 200 g cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g grapes (seedless)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the cabbage.

Core the apple.
Cut into strips.
Add the juice of half a lemon.

Mix cabbage, apple, grapes.

Season with vegetable oil.

Enjoy your meal!
