Tomato, Asparagus and Egg Salad

Asparagus can be used both green and white.
You can use green beans instead of asparagus.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.

  • 200 g asparagus
  • 10 cherry tomatoes or 2 small tomatoes
  • 10 quail eggs or 2 chicken
  • lettuce leaves


  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper


Break off the hard part of the stem of the asparagus.

Bring the water to a boil.
Put asparagus in it.
Cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).

Cool down.
Cut into small pieces.

Cut cherry tomatoes into 2 parts (cut ordinary tomatoes into small pieces).

For dressing, mix lemon juice and vegetable oil.

Salt, pepper.

Tear the salad with your hands.

Add asparagus, tomatoes.

Add dressing.
Cut the eggs into 2 parts (cut the chicken eggs into cubes).
Put salad on a plate.
Put eggs on the salad.
