Salmon, avocado and rice salad

This salad can be served in a salad bowl, but it is much more effective to make it in portions and serve in transparent bowls or glasses.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.

  • 200 g lightly salted salmon or trout
  • 200 g avocado
  • 150 g cucumbers
  • 150 g boiled rice
  • 200 g bell pepper

Cut the avocado into cubes.
