From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
- 500 g fillet of any fish (I have a pike perch)
- 150 g cheese
- 300 g tomatoes
- 5 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 3 cloves of garlic
- greens to taste
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Finely chop the garlic.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the greens.
Put fillet on the bottom of the mold.
Put the tomatoes on the fillet.
Put the garlic on the tomatoes.
Brush with ketchup.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
