Dorada fried with tomatoes and mozzarella

Awesome fish! Dorada, in itself, is a very tasty fish, and in combination with cherry and mozzarella it turns out even tastier.
You can try another cheese instead of mozzarella, but the taste will be completely different..
You can cook rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 2 dorado (or sea bass, pike perch, trout)
  • 20 small mozzarella balls
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • lime or lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the mozzarella into 2 pieces (if you are using large balls, cut them into 4-6 pieces).

Cherry cut in two.

Fry the fish in vegetable oil for 5 minutes (peeled and gutted) on one side.

Flip.
Fry on the other side for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes to the fish.
Salt, pepper.

To cover with a lid.
Fry for 10 minutes, over low heat.

Add mozzarella.

Salt a little, pepper.
Sprinkle with lime juice.

To cover with a lid.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
