Ice cream “Mint”

Delicious ice cream.
The aroma and taste of mint is expressed in moderation, the amount of mint can be reduced or increased to taste.
When serving, ice cream can be poured over with syrup or melted chocolate.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 500 g cream 33-35%
  • 400 g of condensed milk
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50–70 g mint


Finely chop the mint.

Mix mint and milk.
Put on fire.
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Remove from fire.
Leave for 1 hour.


Whisk the cream.

Add condensed milk.

Add mint milk.

Pour the mass into molds (or one large mold).
Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
