Oat cookies

Delicate, crumbly cookies.
Very tasty with milk, however, tea or coffee is also good.
If desired, you can add raisins, prunes, dried apricots, candied fruits, nuts to the dough.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 30 pieces are obtained.

  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g (1.5 cups) oatmeal, better finely ground
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150-200 g flour


Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.

Add cereal.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not very tough dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (so that the flakes “swell” and become softer).

Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Tear off small pieces from the dough, form cakes (to make it easier to do, you can moisten your hands a little with water).
Put on a baking sheet (after baking, the cakes will double in size).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
