Lemon Cranberry Pie

Delicate dough, sour cranberries, crispy sprinkles – this is very tasty!
Lingonberries can be used instead of cranberries..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:

  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs + 2 squirrels
  • juice of two lemons
  • 550-600 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder (or 1.5 tsp baking soda)

sprinkling:

  • 2 yolks
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • zest of two lemons
  • 150-200 g flour

also:

  • 300 g cranberries

Preparation

Remove the zest from the lemons (using a special knife or grate on a fine grater).

Squeeze juice from lemons.

Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.
Mix.

Add juice.
Mix.

Add flour and baking powder.
Knead not tough dough.

Cooking sprinkles.
Grind the yolks with sugar.

Add oil.
Mix.

Add zest.

Mix.

Add flour.
Stir to make crumb.

Grease a baking sheet (I have a 20 × 30 cm baking sheet) or cover with baking paper. Put out the dough.
Flatten.

Put cranberries on the dough.

Sprinkle crumbs on the cake.
Flatten.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
